President Obama is preparing to unveil his new JOBS agenda which has eluded him ever since he took office in 2008. With limited ability to create jobs by increasing spending, Obama is now focusing on the private sector to hire more workers to ease the unemployment crush. Obama’s latest plan is to have the private sector free up their cash reserves with tax incentives to employers who increase their payroll. The Obama ‘plan’ also relies less on government intervention and puts massive public works projects on the back burner.

Why Is President Obama Bankrupting America?

To President Obama bankrupting America fits into his plan to grow the size of government and thus make more people dependent on the state. Obama’s first Chief of Staff was Rahm Emanuel (he resigned 10/1/2010). In addition to having an abrasive personality and a foul mouth, he will probably be remembered most for saying, “A crisis is a terrible thing to waste.” A crisis gives a reason for existence and a savior mentality to all the bureaucrats, politicians, agencies, workers, organizations and probably even most lobbyists hanging around. A chance to, “Do things that they normally could not do,” is what Rahm Emanuel later told a liberal audience at a speaking engagement. The deflation economy nosedive leading into the GREATER DEPRESSION is the crown jewel of a crisis. What a stroke of luck having control of both houses of Congress. Obama and the Democrats can pass whatever legislation they want. They pass laws with out even reading them or writing them for that matter. They vote for anything as long as it grows the size of government. This is socialism run amok.

The President Obama bankrupting us with socialist wealth redistributing mistakes, meddling and Marxism is criminal. But, that is his plan – to bring our country down so a one-world-government/new-world-order can take over. This smacks of fascism also. Fascism is when government totally controls everything – especially business and the military. Hitler and Mussolini were fascists. In fact, Hitler’s government was called the NATIONAL SOCIALIST GERMAN WORKERS’ PARTY.

A new book, Roots Of Obama’s Rage, by Dinesh D’Souza maintains our president has an anticolonialist agenda attributable to his alcoholic African socialist father Barack Obama Senior. Barak Obama Junior’s self-written autobiography is even titled DREAMS OF MY FATHER. Obama Sr. hated Britain and other nations of the West (U.S.) for invading, pillaging, looting and occupying the third world countries like his native country Kenya. Obama Jr. wants federal oversight of all aspects of American business and plans to tax them to the moon for ripping off the rest of the worlds resources. The dreams of Obama Sr. are fast becoming our nightmare.

Business has caught on to the fact that he is out to get them. Businesses are so uncertain and afraid that they have stopped expanding, hiring, borrowing, leasing, lending and buying. Obamanomics has cost taxpayers one trillion dollars plus in stimulus. Still unemployment is close to 10 percent. 41 million Americans are receiving food stamps. That figure is up a whopping 45 percent since Obama took office in 2008. What a great way to make the jobless GREATER DEPRESSION worse-increase the budget defict with no end in site and put everone on the dole.

ObamaCare is a prime example. Government suddenly taking over one sixth of a free market economy. When has government involvement not made things more inefficient, more costly, with worse service and more red tape? Rationing will have to happen. Provisions of the 2,500 page act requires businesses to file a separate IRS code 1099 for each and every transaction over $600 and levy a 3.8 percent tax on house sales after 2012. More job killing rules, taxes and red tape. Look a the U.S. postal system or state DMV if you want to know what I mean. Now, the Obama administration is letting many groups like the teachers union opt-out of the system. Weren’t they the ones paying for the ads in favor of nationalized heath care?

So, Obama Jr.’s mission, according to Dinesh D’Souza, is to get America to return it’s ill gotten gains. Obama wants to raise taxes on the rich. He is forcing the big bad corporations back into line with mountains of federal over site regulations, reams of new laws, wealth redistribution and burdensome increased taxes. Unfortunately, Juniors anticolonialist thinking also means his lowering our standard of living, being sympathetic to muslim (freedom fighters), reducing nuclear defenses by 2/3, not blocking Irans nuclear ambitions, bowing to foreign dignitaries and anything else that will get America wraped up around the axle. He wants weaker U.S. economic vigor.

It seems the darn government is always getting larger and more intrusive in our lives. Every year we loose more FREEDOMS. Multiply that tenfold when we get a real economic meltdown like we are having now. Same with a national security events (9-11) or a natural disaster like Katrina in New Orleans or even a man made disaster like the Gulf oil well spill (boy did the Obama Administration drag it’s feet and mismanage that one). Mainstream liberal media keeps covering up all the cancerous acts. They so wanted Obama to succeed. They don’t even want to admit that President Obama is bankrupting them also.

We ought to change our country’s name to the UNITED STATES OF DENIAL.

Why did it take so long to plug the Gulf oil well? Obama wanted it to last. Don’t forget President Obama bankrupting the US is his mission in life. The whole country laid down like an old dog while he continues to work to pass all kinds of programs to hurt the oil industry, halt new oil drilling, make carbon dioxide a toxic (we breathe it out and all plants need it to grow) green house gas and cap-and-trade taxes. Restrictions that will absoluetly slay jobs. These are a smokescreen for more one-world-government and more taking our FREEDOM. Other countries offered to loan us their oil skimmer boats. He delayed giving a presidential OK to suspend the Brown Act for months. This meant not allowing the foreign oil cleanup boats to leave port and help with our problem The Brown Act controls boats in U.S. waters and harbors. George W. Bush suspended it in just days after hurricane Katrina hit.

A disturbing turn of events over at the IMF, International Monetary Fund, hints at an expanded role for this world organization as “BIG BROTHER” and controller of the purse strings for the G-20 nations. They are quoted as saying their mission is to build “peace through economic stability.” HA! HA! I’m telling you right now it is a one-world-government/new-world-order fascist plot and we had better watch out for these power elite demagogues. The main demagogue is Mr. Strauss-Khan, at the 12 story IMF world headquarters at the corner of 11th and Pennsylvania Ave., Washington DC. Down the street from the anointed one – Barack Hussein Obama – fascist country wrecker & job killer and wannabe messiah.

Why do you think Obama got the Nobel peace prize and the 1 million dollars that goes with it the first months in office and without doing anything? It was an up front down payment from the power elite to their socialist secret agent for all the one-world-government fascism work Obama would be doing later on. A contract on our lives/liberty. Hitman Obama is weakening and ruining America with fascism, socialism and wealth redistribution. Right under our noses! Is President Obama A Serial Liar?

Accusing someone of lying is a serious matter. Especially when that someone is the President of the United States. Charges of that nature should be leveled based only on absolute proof of a deliberate statement, intentionally made, whose sole purpose is to deceive. Based on this criteria, President Obama is a liar. Demonstrably so. And a disturbing pattern is emerging that allows for the possibility that our president is a serial liar. Consider:

In just the last month, a freshman “Tea Party” House member accused the President of lying when he stated that if the debt ceiling was not raised, there was no guarantee that Social Security checks would get mailed and members of the armed forces might not get paid. Looking back, Obama has made several statements in the past that are just not so. Statements made to the American public that were in direct conflict with known facts.

In April, Obama flatly stated that implementing ObamaCare will reduce the deficit by $1 trillion. A day later, the Congressional Budget Office reported that statement was ‘incorrect,’ pegging the “deficit savings” at $210 billion over 10 years.

In the same April 15 speech, Obama stated that the tax burden on the wealthy is the lowest it has been in 50 years. A simple fact-check proves him wrong. Obama did not correct his false statement and the media didn’t either.

In January of 2009, Obama stated that it was no longer necessary to kill Osama Bin Laden to win the war against al-Qaeda. On May 1, 2011, after the successful raid by Navy Seals that killed bin Laden, Obama told the nation that he made the capture or killing of Osama bin Laden a “top priority,” and had instructed CIA Chief Leon Panetta to make this job number one. Which statement is correct?

Last week, several of my friends asked me if I believed that bin Laden was really dead. The questions weren’t surprising, considering the mass of mis-information and conflicting accounts of bin Laden’s death now emanating from the White House. It appears the question of bin Laden’s demise was only settled after al Qaeda issued a statement confirming it.

What does it say about Obama’s credibility when the pro-Arab al Jazeera media reports are given more credibility than our own president? Maybe that’s why Columbia School of Journalism just awarded al Jazeera a journalism prize.

Giving Obama the benefit of the doubt, I’ll allow for the possibility that Obama underwent a drastic change of heart and altered his position on bin Laden. It happens. But when added to the increasing number of statements Obama continues to make that defy reality, the facts, and common sense, I’m more inclined to believe Obama’s “mis-statements” are a deliberate effort to deceive the American people.

For example: Obama told the American people that NOT spending money is “mortgaging America’s future.” Who knows, it’s possible Obama actually believes this, but anyone with an ounce of common sense knows we can’t spend our way out of bankruptcy.

Another blooper: Obama stated that increased drilling will NOT solve our energy problems. Huh? Again, the media let this statement go unchallenged. (At least Sen. Vitter called him on it.)

Obama would have us believe that the big bad oil companies are to blame for our skyrocketing gas prices, despite the fact that every energy decision made by Obama, from with holding drilling permits to increased regulatory burdens being placed on big oil, has directly resulted in raising the cost of gasoline.

Obama would like us to ignore the fact that his Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, stated in 2008 that he wants to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe. Since then, gas prices have doubled. Mission accomplished.

Despite the pain at the pump, Obama’s energy dis-information campaign has been quite successful, with a new poll showing that only 9% of Americans believe that Obama is responsible for rising gas prices.

Tailoring the facts to reflect the most favorable interpretation is an accepted prerogative of the bully pulpit. Every president will of course, spin the news to a certain extent. This is not new. But under Obama, there appears to be a deliberate campaign by the White House and many segments of the government to blatantly deceive the American people. Consider our Department of Homeland Security:

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told Congress last week that the Obama administration is trying to come up with a new yardstick to better reflect the improvements it says it has made. The Washington Times correctly noted that, unable to meet it’s border goals, the DHS merely moved the goals.

Arizona Sheriff Larry Deaver pretty much confirmed the Washington Time’s report, testifying before Congress that the U.S. Border Patrol has told its agents to stop arresting illegal aliens crossing the border from Mexico to keep the illegal immigration numbers down. In other words, deceive the American people by peddling perception as reality.

Obama and his administration are masters in getting Americans to think with their hearts instead of their brains. After all, emotions are easier to manipulate than facts. And many truths are easier to ignore than acknowledge. But not acknowledging reality, doesn’t change the reality. And we ignore reality at our own peril, as we are now finding out on a daily basis.

Though not specified in our Constitution, I believe Americans should have the right to enough information to make informed decisions. Instead, we are being fed a steady stream of outright lies and deliberate mis-statements. And when we the people fail to challenge our elected representatives when they lie, we not only enable them, we become complicit. We also forfeit the right to complain when reality hits us in the pocketbook while America continues it’s slide to the level of a third world country.

President Obama, when asked at one of his recent Iowa stops about Vice President Biden’s allegedly agreeing that Tea Party freshman were terrorists stated the following: “What he said was for us to be willing to take the economy to the brink was irresponsible, and it was.”

However, here’s what Politico reported:

Vice President Joe Biden joined House Democrats in lashing tea party Republicans, accusing them of having “acted like terrorists” in the fight over raising the nation’s debt limit, according to several sources in the room.

Biden was agreeing with a line of argument made by Rep. Mike Doyle (D-Pa.) at a two-hour, closed-door Democratic Caucus meeting. “We have negotiated with terrorists,” an angry Doyle said, according to sources in the room. “This small group of terrorists have made it impossible to spend any money.” Biden, driven by his Democratic allies’ misgivings about the debt-limit deal, responded: “They have acted like terrorists.”

Obama Heads to Martha’s Vineyard Leaving Country’s Woes Behind

But if Obama could have taken along his newest toy, the Big Black Canadian Bus, he likely would have seen Burma Shave signs along the way welcoming him to his million dollar taxpayer funded vacation at Martha’s Vineyard. Rather than stay in Washington and address the major issues facing the country, Obama elected to take an eleven day vacation! That three day Midwest “job creation/campaign tour” must have worn the poor guy out. Time for someone else to take the wheel of “the bus” in 2013

At a time when many more cash-strapped Americans are stuck at home instead of vacationing at the beach, President Obama next week will lead an entourage of several dozens to exclusive Martha’s Vineyard island at a cost of millions to taxpayers.

While technically he is paying for his estimated $50,000 a week rental of the 28-acre beachfront Blue Heron Farm in woodsy Chilmark, the dozens of U.S. Secret Service agents, communications officials, top aides, drivers, and U.S. Coast Guard personnel with him will be covered by taxpayers as with every other presidential vacation.

His 11-day stay will require the Coast Guard to keep ships floating near Obama’s farm, a presidential helicopter and jet at the ready and security agents on 24-hour duty. Armored SUVs dubbed “war wagons” have been flown in to carry the presidential family around the island. It was the same way when former President George H.W. Bush visited Kennebunkport, Maine and Bill Clinton visited Martha’s Vineyard during their presidencies.

Obama’s vacation comes at an awkward time because of the economic turmoil roiling the nation and Wall Street. Surveys show that a growing number of Americans can’t afford even small vacations.

Obama’s New Campaign Bus Paid For By Taxpayers

Touting his Midwest bus tour as a ‘job creation’ official tour, it is quite obvious that President Obama’s bus tour is really nothing more than a taxpayer funded campaign. Showing up in Minnesota in a spanking new Canadian built bus, President Obama proceeded to hold several town hall meetings with screened participants (did you expect anything different?). As he travels the countryside of Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois, he may come across several of those famous Burma Shave series of signs that many of us grew up with. Narcissism and Leadership

With the new administration in Washington, D.C., the issue of leadership styles has gotten a lot of attention. Barack Obama has been treated as a heroic figure, who lead an impeccable campaign. There are high expectations for his ideas of leadership in Washington. “Change,” “Bipartisanship,” and “No-Drama Obama” are catchwords every day in the press. He is compared to Lincoln and FDR. These leadership characteristics are used to show how different the all-good new president is from the all-bad “worst in history” President George W. Bush.

But just a few years ago, the press was filled with laudatory comments about Mr. Bush. He was seen as a “strong leader,” “focused,” and surprisingly able to stay “on-message.” He was elected twice. Also, in the past few years, we have seen other successful leaders in high office end up in disgrace: Governor Blogojevich of Illinois, Governor Spitzer of New York, and Governor McGreevey of New Jersey. There have also been businesses with leaders who rose dramatically and then fell from grace dramatically: Enron, WorldCom, etc. And then, of course, there are the leaders of the banking industry and auto industry whose personal greed and personal deficits are now exposed for all to see.

What distinguishes truly successful leaders from those who dramatically rise and fall? I believe that it’s the degree of narcissism in their personalities. Narcissism is seen as basically a negative trait: self-centered, insensitive, a drive to be seen as a superior person, a hero, etc. Yet a modest amount of narcissism helps a leader withstand criticism and push forward with an unpopular idea – an idea which may become the latest invention or medical breakthrough or economic solution or peace treaty that saves millions of lives. It takes a strong personality to overcome many barriers, whether personal, financial, physical, etc.

So what’s the difference between “healthy narcissism” and unhealthy narcissism – also known as “pathological narcissism” or Narcissistic Personality Disorder?  When it becomes a disorder, they have the following basic characteristics:

They can’t handle any negative feedback, even important and useful feedback.

They disrespect and alienate those around them and have no real friends.

They lack empathy and are oblivious to the pain and suffering of others.

They are so absorbed in their sense of superiority that they can’t see their downfall coming.

In short, they lack social awareness and can’t stop themselves.

So why do they get as far as they do? The flip side of these negative characteristics is a predictable set of characteristics that make them attractive as leaders:

Great charm and intense emotional enthusiasm for their cause.

An ability to hook into other peoples’ fantasies of success and power.

An ability to speak in appealing terms and simple phrases.

A keen sensitivity to what impresses other people.

An incredible and contagious sense of confidence; you feel really good around them.

In other words, the very characteristics that can lead to disaster truly lead us toward narcissists. It appears to be part of our human nature to follow leaders based on personality characteristics alone. This makes sense, when you figure that humans have gotten together in groups for thousands of years to accomplish great things well before we had the reading and writing skills that we have today.

A narcissistic leader will emotionally inspire us to work hard together for a group “cause,” even though that leader may be a complete idiot. It takes a while to find out which leaders are effective in which times, and which ones are extremely off base. The time it takes to figure this all out is much longer than the time it takes to appeal to us emotionally. Therefore, it appears that humans have a short-cut for getting organized – especially in a crisis: Just follow the most attractive leader; namely one who sounds good, who looks strong, and who has lots of confidence. But in modern times of complex crises, this can lead us astray.

So, let’s return to the question I asked at the beginning of this short article: How can you distinguish the Obama’s from the Bushes, or the Blogojevichs, or the Ken Lays of Enron, or the Madoffs of Wall Street? They all have (had) charisma, confidence and lots of followers who absolutely believed in them. Those personality characteristics will only got them so far. The difference is whether leaders have the openness to listen and willingness to learn about what really works in their present environment – and to keep on learning. This takes a dose of humility, self-reflection, and the ability to stop themselves when necessary.

So when you vote for a politician, or hire an employee, or choose a neighbor or a date: don’t ask yourself if they are charming or make you feel good. Ask yourself if they listened and thought about what you said. Look for examples of when they learned from making a mistake (you can even ask them that question). Ask what their self-doubts are. Charm can interfere with your objective observations and even your negative gut feelings.

Beware! Never stop paying attention and thinking. That’s what pathological narcissists do. It’s not surprising that what offends us most about them is that they are rude, uncaring, and “thoughtless people.” I think that’s the key difference between healthy narcissism and Narcissistic Personality Disorder: thoughtfulness.

DREAM Act Attached To Military Pay Raises

ObamaNation (Obama/Reid/Pelosi) failed in their attempt to repeal the 17 year old “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” law.

Attaching the provision to a major military spending bill was just another effort of this failed administrations effort to pass more of their unpopular agenda.

Another attached provision was the DREAM ACT that would allow illegal immigrants to become ‘legal residents’ if they spent two years in college or served in the military. What other country would pay to send you to college or give you three square meals a day, fresh new uniforms to wear, and a warm bed to sleep in (let alone a gun)? Only in ObamaNation does that happen! This administration will go to any lengths to give the illegals ‘legal status’ and it is their hope that they can push their agenda through before the 2012 elections since Obama will need all the votes he can muster after the defeat he will witness this coming November.

He’s already made it into a racial issue based on his recent speech to the Congressional Black Caucus as he “implored black voters to restoke the passion they felt for his groundbreaking campaign two years ago and turn out in force this fall”. Without his base of black voters he and many fellow Democrats will be soundly defeated in 2012 which is why they are now pushing for illegals becoming ‘legals’ with the ability to vote within six years. This Act is meant to allow those born (or arriving under the age of 15) to illegals living in the States to apply for this program and eventually gain citizenship over a six year period. Babies born to illegals should be considered illegals as well and sent packing along with their parents. They are a burden on our school systems stretched budgets, requiring additional English learning classes since most parents do not speak English at home. We are the only country that caters to foreign speaking residents at the taxpayers expense.

It is almost a given that if this DREAM ACT ever passes the ACLU will step in and demand that it not only apply to young people but also to women and children no matter what their age is.  It will also require this nations taxpayers to cough up for teaching them English so that they can get passing grades in college as well as understand their commanding officer. There aren’t enough jobs available for the current citizens of this nation so why do we need to grant legal status to those who came here by breaking the law?

Those who came here and ended up at Ellis Island did so legally and waited in lines for hours for processing. That is what all the illegals need to do. GET IN LINE!
